Best trash company around! Excellent service and always on time. So happy we changed to Express! Cheaper prices and better service, what else could you ask for! I can't say enough about how well our trash service is handled. Under new ownership, the pickup times are reliable, and the communication regarding holiday weeks, etc. is fantastic! It is obvious that the crew wants to help us have the best experience each week, and the addition of recycling is a huge plus!
Paying your bill online is an added convenience! Since Express Waste has been under new ownership we have had no problems. In fact, we forgot to take the trash to the road and the crew came up to the garage and got it! We are very pleased! I just hired Express Waste Removal and am just very impressed with the customer service I received. Not only did I get my can delivered but it was clean and easy to move.
Also they let me put it on auto bill so I do not have to worry about receiving paper statements. They come to my email.
