Anyone on the Zoom meeting at that time that is not part of the board executive session will be asked to leave and wait to be added into "Board of Directors Meeting Pt 2".

This builds upon Section 6.23, page 1 of OSS JSWDMD Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual adopted on 6/17/2019.

OSS Recycling Drop-off

In 1999, the District, in partnership with the Ohio Division of Civilian Conservation, established a recycling and processing center at the Barney Quilter Civilian Conservation Camp.
The District oversaw the collection, processing and marketing of the recyclable materials and contracted with the Division for labor.
In 2003, the WSOS Community Action Commission, Inc. took over management and operation of the Camp and worked with the District by providing labor at the recycling and processing center.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection

Any household hazardous waste container or paint can that is completely dry can be disposed of in your trash if the lid is off.
Proper container disposal - some residents unnecessarily drop off used, but empty containers.
These items generate more waste during the collection.
Latex paint - if paint is completely dry and hardened in the can, it is safe to throw away in your regular trash.
Other HHW containers - if container is completely dry and empty, it is safe to throw away in your regular trash.

If you need to recycle tires before our collection, they can be taken to any of the two registered tire recycling contractors in our District.
This collection is NOT OPEN TO BUSINESSES or INSTITUTIONS.
