In 2023 I decided to consider purchasing a property and building that home we all dream of. Of course being my first time out I made sure to have it contingent on a survey and having a perc test performed. The survey company recommended Soils Inc. With a 60 day window looming I contacted Carla Adgate who explained the process, pricing and then coordinated with her team to ensure the site was able to perc within the timeframe to go to closing. Janelle Salapich arrived with her team and walked the 40 plus acre property to perform dig sites in two separate areas.

The turnaround was less than a week for formal reports. Recently I had to reach back on some separate testing. Also the builder wants to move the drain field on the build site. Although they had a skeleton crew working, Vicki Kapral was onboard and quickly got me in touch with Carla. Ultimately Carla and owner Mark Smith not only moved up the timeline to accommodate the county, but Mark discounted their fee!

It is wonderful to have a company that is on the cutting edge of technology and yet still has old fashioned business values. Would I use them again? You know the answer, ,,,a nd you should as well! Laura Duvall
